The Stryker hip settlement process has been announced and is moving forward quickly. A timeline with deadlines has been set for people eligible for a settlement. You must compline with these deadlines or you will not receive a Stryker settlement.

The deadline to register with the Claims Processor is December 14, 2014. To participate in the Stryker Hip Settlement Program, you must register your claims with the Claims Processor by December 14, 2014. Registering does not mean that you are joining the Settlement Program and does not commit you to participate. However, if you wish to enroll in the Settlement Program, you must first register your claims with the Claims Processor by December 14, 2014.

As part of the enrollment process, you or your attorney must submit a completed Claim Form and all required documents to the Claims Processor by March 2, 2015. The Claims Processor will then process your claim and determine whether you qualify for the Settlement Program and, if you qualify, your settlement award. Additional information regarding the enrollment process and the materials that need to be submitted with your Claims Form will be available under the “Enrollment” tab.

The deadline to enroll in the Settlement Program is March 2, 2015.
